Exuberant sophisticated red wine with lots of fruit and elegance. Deep intense cherry colour with tight tears. Compact nose of black currant jam with Szechuan pepper and dried herbs. Remarkably juicy attack with fleshy texture and soft tannins. Expressive fruity in the very long finish. Delicious with fried game and glazed or grilled red meat with lush sauces. Serving temperature: 15°C.
