Fascinating, variegated elegant red wine. Dull intense cherry red with solid tears. Lightly toasted nose with compact black fruit and black pepper. Juicy attack, slender tannins in an elegant texture with a long grilled finish. Goes well with pan-fried beefsteak and poultry or with pasta in tomato sauce with Mediterranean spices. Serving temperature: 16°C
