Notes de Dégustation
Vin blanc aromatique d'une pureté impeccable. Brillamment pétillant avec une couleur jaune clair et des reflets verts. Arômes raffinés de raisin muscat pur, de fleurs variées et de litchi. Goût léger comme une plume avec une acidité rafraîchissante et un arrière-goût croustillant. S'accorde parfaitement à l'apéritif et en entrée de cocktail avec des collations au fromage frais et aux primeurs croustillantes. Vin délicieux avec des plats de crustacés et de poissons aux sauces légères. Température de service : 8°C.
Wine Story
Viñedos Verticales is the dream come true of two friends: Juan Muñoz, the 3rd generation of winegrowers and winemakers in the region and Vicente Inat, a winemaker with experience in several wine growing areas. In 2015 we began on this adventure, together with our families, with the idea of making wines that express the land where they are born.
We are located in Moclinejo, a small town in Axarquía (Málaga), an area very close to the Mediterranean Sea, with old vineyards growing on vertiginous slopes of schists, phyllites and slate soils. The queen of our vines is the Muscat of Alexandria, along with other varieties such as Pero Ximén, Doradilla, Garnacha and Romé.
Viticulture is still very traditional here, and heroic in its own way due to the steep rocky hillsides, creating an inseparable link between the land, the vineyards, and the mules.
Our philosophy is to work respectfully with the environment, both in the vineyard and in the winery, with ecological products and natural fermentations. We use stainless steel, concrete vats and tanks, wooden barrels and large oak casks that are more than 100 years old.
This unique terroir, the age of the vineyards and the nature of its people make the Axarquía a singular place to work. We have small, high-quality productions that result in original wines with great minerality and longevity.
