Elegant spicy dry white wine. Deep golden colour with brilliant thick tears. Rich nose with southern herbal aromas, wild white plums and dried roses. Harmonious wide texture that stands out with its supporting fresh acidity, luscious mouthfeel with long spicy finish. Perfect fit with sea and river fish casseroles with plenty of herbs, lemon and onions; with pasta with creamy garnish and parmesan, with hard sheep cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C
