Fruity smooth red wine with light pomegranate colour and fine tears. Nose or blueberries and dried twigs, violets and white pepper. Soft taste onset, remarkably juicy and playful with fine tannins and an elegant finale. Perfect with pink meat, smothered or steamed with pure garnishes of green vegetables, gratin of root vegetables, pasta dishes with tomato sauce and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 15°C.
