Tight, crisp and fruity white wine with lots of class. Brilliant light straw yellow with diamond tears. Rich and ripe mineral nose with crisp white and green fruits combined with exotic and citrus hints. Gossamer flavour with ripe filigree acidity and a distinctive texture that predicts a long shelf life. Lush rich aftertaste of white fruits and flint. Sublime wine as an aperitif or with firm white fish and shellfish, prepared as natural as possible, with a slightly exotic garnish. Also goes well with fresh cheeses, white mould and goat cheese. Serving temperature: 10°C
