Smooth and fruity red wine with bright cherry colour and equally bright tears. Small red berries dominate the aroma, peppered with grape aroma and fresh herbs. The texture is also based on pure grapiness and fine elegance in the acids and tannin structure, with a long-lasting fruity aftertaste. A velvety but attentive companion with soft pink meat and poultry in natural jus, with refined vegetable dishes, with the finest fowl and even with fish, for those who do not like white wine. Drinking temperature: 15°C.
