Pure, delicately fruity red wine. Light garnet red with lively sparkle. Nose of intense ripe black plums, red peppers and dried Mediterranean herbs. Fine and intense texture with a lot of depth and elegance. Juicy with a long lively finish. Delicious pure glass of wine to enjoy on its own with thinly sliced cold cuts or carpaccio of beef and / or fleshy tomatoes. Goes also well with fresh white mould chees. Serving temperature: 14°C.
