Biodynamic crisp white wine. Light straw yellow with fine tears. Light-footed, crisp aroma with a lot of stone fruit and mineral hints. Smooth taste with striking acidity and spicy aftertaste. Goes well with fried and grilled fish, grilled vegetables, stews of white chicken and white meat, fresh to semi-mature hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.
