Matured powerful red wine. Moderately intense cherry red with ruby tears. Complex nose with both red and black currants, dried wild roses, undergrowth and mushrooms as well as southern herbs and spicy spice. Complex taste, balanced texture with firm but fused tannins. Very ripe acidity and a long luscious finish. Perfect with roast poultry and stew of meat and spicy braised green vegetables. Serving temperature: 17°C.
