Classic full-bodied red wine. Intense red magenta colour with bright tears. Roasted nose attack with toast and coffee, blueberry and plum with a dash of mint. Mouth-filling texture with contained alcohol, mouth-filling with ripe tannins and a long fruity finish with coffee and vanilla. Very delicious with beef in wine sauce, small ground game with ratatouille, stuffed fruit vegetables or with a ragout of mushrooms. Decant in advance. Serving temperature: 17°C
