Tasting notes

Grand distinguished full-bodied red wine. Intense ruby red with solid tears. Reserved nose that takes time to blossom - decant is the message!  Small red berries and fleshy cherries, pink red plums, brushwood and oriental spice and a touch of vanilla. Classy taste with a perfect harmonious texture, flourishing wide in the mouth-filling. Extremely long finish with a lush fruity spicy aftertaste. Delicious wine to enjoy on its own or with plain roasted aged beef, confit of red fruit vegetables, ragout of fresh mushrooms with white truffle or with white mould cheeses. Till 5 years decant and half day in advance. Serving temperature: 17°C
