Tasting notes

Purity in the extreme in this authentic sleek fruity red wine. Fairly light intense ruby ​​red colour with fine tears. Remarkably sleek attack with almost velvety texture of red berries and vegetal hints with mineral undertones. Pointed fine tannins with a soft finish in the fruity aftertaste. Heavenly wine with natural dried meats and baked pink meat as lamb and veal with limited garnish. Also delicious with braised green vegetables and for whom prefers red wine with fish. Serving temperature: 15°C
