Tasting notes

Organic dry white wine made from red grapes. Deep, intense, light golden yellow color. Fine tears. Rich, expressive nose of ripe white fruit with hints of honey and a touch of white pepper. Characterful texture with a long, mineral finish. Perfect with a generous cheese platter, white meat dishes, rice dishes with vegetables, or river fish. Serving temperature: 10°C.
