Elegant, fine red wine with a light garnet colour and inviting tears. Absolutely pure nose with abundant vineyard aromas such as twigs, fresh foliage, and subtle small red berries. Sensual flavor texture full of captivating nuances and interplay between acidity, tannins, and fruit ripeness, rich yet elegant and refined. A superb glass of wine that may not need an accompaniment, yet delicious with dairy veal and lamb, partridge in vine leaves, wild mushroom ragout, fresh fruit and vegetable salads with freshly chopped herbs, and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 15°.
