Tasting notes

Elegant dry red wine. Garnet red clear color with slightly tinted fine tears. Nose of fresh undergrowth and small red berries and freshly picked Parisian mushrooms. Elegant texture with lots of small red fruits and fresh herbs, juicy acids and ditto tannins with an elegant long finish. Delicious companion of fine meats, spicy steak tartare, salad of fruit vegetables with fresh herbs and also with fresh white (goat) cheeses. Serving temperature: 15°C
