Tasting notes

The wine for this Blanc de Blanc is made from Chardonnay. After the vinification of the organic wine, the bottle fermentation and maturation on the yeast take place in our cellars. This allows the delicate brioche notes to unfold, which are also preserved after vacuum distillation. We take pride in executing this crucial phase in-house with the utmost perfection. Enhanced with our passion for fine spices, select herbs, and flowers, an alcohol-free sparkling beverage with a light colour and a uniquely delicate aroma is created.
