Tasting notes

Full-bodied rich dry white wine with golden-yellow colour and thick tears. Nose of dried grapes and twigs, very nature-lovingly clean. Straight-up texture without frivolities, but with an unseen purity that searches the boundaries; juicy finale in the bone-dry aftertaste. Solitary wine that only allows for the purest ingredients, such as salty hard cheeses, caviar, sustainable wild salmon, smoked herring, dried white meat, and mushrooms. Serving temperature: 14°C.
