Unique powerful dry red wine. Ink black color with bright colored tears. Nose of freshly picked blackcurrants prepared into jam such as blueberry and blackberry and ditto pepper with mineral undertones of flint. Despite the powerhouse nose and solid alcohol, the texture remains remarkably elegant and refined, which is the specialty of this house; fresh acidity and supportive grape tannins; long fruity finish. Perfect as an accompaniment to lacquered poultry dishes and grilled fruit vegetables, also delicious with very naturally baked West Flemish beef. It is best to let the youngsters air in a wide carafe. Serving temperature: 16 ° C
