Ripe full dry white wine with elegance. Deep gold brilliant color with solid tears. Lush nose with Mediterranean scrubland, wild white flowers and fragrant white fruit. Unexpectedly elegant texture driven by minerality; ripe but fresh acidity with an exotic undertone of orange peel; long ripe finish. Distinguished wine that calls for complex dishes with white North Sea fish, poultry supreme (domestic or game), grilled white vegetables and matured hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 12 ° C
