Natural, elegant, dry red wine. This wine has a light ruby color with moderate garnet colored red tears. Flawless nose full of ripe red berries with raspberry and juniper in the front, together with a light touch of dry twigs. The mouth has a fine texture with clear terroir accents, soft tannins and a variety of fruits in the moderately long finish. This is a drink-friendly wine that has character! Goes wonderfully well with veal, guinea fowl and lamb, purely baked and subtly seasoned; also beautiful with toast with Parisian mushrooms, risotto and pasta with tomato or fresh cheeses. Serve at 15 °C.
