Classy naturally made wine with great complexity. Light straw yellow with solid tears. Rich broad nose attack with wild blossoms, a fine aroma of honeycomb and white fruits. Dry taste, lush mouth-filling with a gossamer texture and distinctive long finish. Gastronomically versatile with seafood as well as white fish and fine poultry. Match made in heaven with white cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C
