Fruity aromatic dry white wine with straw-yellow glare and fine tears. Seductive nose full of blossoms and small white berries, slightly grassy fresh. Feather-light texture with fine yet ripe acidity and a hint of mint in the playful aftertaste. Tasty thirst quencher for veggie pizza with sweet and sour tomatoes, with fresh cheese with white celery, fish in lemon jelly, marinated wild salmon or scallops. Serving temperature: 8°C.
