Biodynamic fruity red wine. Light red peony with slim tears. Exuberant fruity nose with wild berries, violets and an earthy undertone with dry twigs. Cheeky flavour. Wild, cheerful, harmonious and fruity. Completely balanced and yet discreet ending, respectful of the mineral terroir. Wonderful wine to enjoy with meats, pasta with tomato, uncompromising salads and fresh white mould cheese. Serving temperature: 14°C.
