Tasting notes

Soft white wine with refreshing character. Brilliant white-yellow with fine tears. Mineral nose attack with fresh green fruits and fresh herbs, kiwi and avocado. Very dry flavour with lots of freshness and minerality in the sleek texture. Juicy finish with warm undertones. Excellent with exotic and Mediterranean cuisine, fine pasta and vegetable pie. Goes also well with spicy goat and sheep cheeses. Serving temperature: 8°C
