Tasting notes

Harmonious fine red wine. Intense clear ruby-red colour with wide tears. Nose of nearly overripe red fruits, small plums and dried spices. Balanced texture with soft grapey tannins and fused ripe acids. The elegant texture carries the fruit to the velvety finish. Asks for braised dishes with fine meats, such as lamb or pigeon; braised fruit vegetables with southern spices or wild mushroom ragout. Serving temperature: 16°C
