Tasting notes

Rich fresh exotic dry white wine. Brilliant white-yellow colour with a green tint. A full welcoming exotic nose with a lush aroma of fresh, small white fruit, citrus and, above all, a lot of minerality with flint at the beginning. The taste offers the same basket full of drinking pleasure in extension of the nose. Delicious drinking glass that likes to liven up cocktail parties. Juicy aftertaste. Perfect aperitif, but equally delicious with oriental spicy dishes, with super fresh vegetables with exotic dip sauce and fresh goat cheese. Serving temperature: 10°C
