Tasting notes

Unique full-bodied red wine of world class. Black as stout with fat tears. Engaging nose with incredible purity of flowers, black fruit and delicate spice with earthy accents and flint. Distinctive attack, controlled and flawless organized texture. Unique balance between acidity, tannins and mouth-filling. Incredibly long finish that requires time to loosen up. Requires the most graceful yet natural prepared cuts of red meat and game, the finest quality vegetables, the richest abundance of mushrooms and truffles. Also delicious to drink on its own. Serving temperature: 17°C.
