Tasting notes

Brilliant ripe dry white wine with refreshing acids. Beautiful straw yellow colour with wide glass tears. Hip typical nose of white stone fruit and the equally typical soft butteriness, refreshed by a natural acidity. The taste is soft and harmonious; a mouth-filling everyone's friend that drinks well. Velvet cocktail wine that works with all sorts of snacks, both smoked fish and tempura of vegetables and fresh herbs. Also, with fried white fish and pasta with Parmesan cheese. Serving temperature: 10°C
