Tasting notes

Elegant fine red wine with light pomegranate colour and cheeky inviting tears. Absolutely pure nose with many vineyard aromas like twigs, fresh foliage and subtle little red berries. Sensual taste texture full of fascinating variety and play between acids, tannins and fruit maturity, very entertaining, rich and yet elegant and fine. Super glass of wine that perhaps doesn’t need any company, but equally delicious with milk calf and lamb, with partridge in grape leaf, with ragout of wild mushrooms, with fresh fruit vegetables salads with freshly cut herbs, with fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 15°C.
