Tasting notes

Silky and crystal clear elegant white wine from natural viticulture. Light golden yellow colour. Delicious primary nose of small white juniper berries and fresh apple, underlying tones of white flowers and pear. Super elegant taste with mineral undertones and a remarkable amount of freshness in a balanced texture, lush long finish. Delicious with poached white sea fish and waterzooi of seafood or chicken, with matured semi-hard cheeses and crispy green vegetables or creamy pasta. Serving temperature: 10°C.
