Proefnotities
Karaktervolle en uitbundige klassieke rode wijn. Diep intense kersenrode kleur met stevige tranen; uitermate expressieve fruitneus, gesteund door specerij, vanille en vers gemalen zwarte peper; sappige smaak met veel karakter in de textuur, zeer gedistingeerde slanke tannines en een bom zwart fruit en aardse ondertonen in de afdronk. Verrukkelijk bij kort geschroeid rood vlees, bereidingen met rode biet of rode kool, gelakte eend. Schenkt°: 17°C
