Distinguished classy white wine. Deep straw yellow with sparkling tears. Nose of ripe white stone fruit like peach, apricot and nectarine with lime and white pepper. Round full-bodied with fine acidity and contained alcohol. Long lush fruity finish. Delicious wine with fried white fish and shellfish with creamy sauces and exotic trimmings, mature hard cheeses and lush exotic salads. Serving temperature: 12°C
