Tasting notes

Matured powerful red wine. Moderately intense cherry red colour with ruby ​​red tears. Complex nose with both red and black berries, dried wild roses and discreet southern herbs. Rich flavour and balanced texture with firm and well-woven tannins. Ripe acids and very long finish. Perfectly suited to roast poultry, white meat stew or still matured red meat. Serving temperature: 16°C.
