Very typical sparkling wine in pure cava style. White-yellow with greenish shine and fine constant sparkle. Dusty, lively nose of green fruits and fresh herbs. Creamy mousse in the extremely fresh attack. Light and frivolous texture with citrus on the finish. Delicious light aperitif and fits perfectly as a counter for rich and various appetizers. Serving temperature: 8°C
