Tasting notes

Full-bodied rich dry white wine with a deep straw-yellow colour and shine. Complex nose with wide very ripe pip fruit and Eastern spices, honey and shrubbery. Characterful texture, crystal clear and punchy in terms of acids, with a warm finale with lush mouth aromas. Meditative conversational wine; perfect partner of fowl, mushroom ragout, risotto, gratin of fatty fish and hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 14°C.
