Tasting notes

Sophisticated mature red wine. Medium intense ruby ​​red with brick-coloured tears. Matured aroma of cooked red berries and dry spices with a light hint of brushwood and mushrooms. Soft velvety taste with blended texture and a long spicy finish. Delicious glass of wine with mushroom toast, stews of red or white meat, mash of winter vegetables with black truffle and with risotto with Parmiggiano. Serving temperature: 16°C
