Springfield Chardonnay ´Wild Yeast´

Distinctive, aged natural white wine. Deep golden with big tears. Lush nose with yeasty aromas and ripe white stone fruit, nuts and vanilla blossom. Young juicy flavour structure enormously variegated mouth aromas. Still young and closed. Lovely wine with rich crustacean dishes in creamy sauce or with exotic spiced garnishes. Excellent with mature cheese with flowery crust. Till 5 years best decant several hours in advance. Serving temperature: 12°C.

Andreola 'Di Rupo' Brut

Playful fruity white sparkling wine. Straw yellow with vivid mousse and fine sparkle. Expressive fruity aromas of exotic fruits and fresh herbs. Smooth texture, juicy with an aftertaste full of fruit blossoms. Budget-friendly aperitif, to serve at receptions and cocktail parties with an extensive variety of appetizers. Serving temperature: 8°C

Zuccardi Serie Q Tempranillo

Distinguished, classy red wine with aging potential. Medium deep cherry colour with fine tears. Closed start in the nose; needs oxygen to open up the aromas when young. Red and black berries with earthy accents and mild sweet spice. Sleek texture with fine tannins and ditto acids, which slowly mingle with aging. Very long finish with flawless fruit and white pepper. Pairs well with fine dishes, roasted red meat or natural prepared fowl. Till 10 years, best decant an hour in advance to allow breathing. Serving temperature: 16°C
