Proefnotities
Grandioze biologische topwijn van wereldklasse. Briljante diep strogele kleur met brede tranen. Karaktervolle neus met witte peper, rijpe witte steenvruchten en koninginnebrij, nootjes en minerale accenten. Karaktervolle smaak, stevige zuren en uitzonderlijk minerale textuur met pittig bittertje in de ellenlange afdronk. Verrukkelijk glas bij pasta met witte truffel, kreeft met venkel, fazant in fine champagnesaus, maar ook japans geïnspireerde absoluut pure bereidingen. Op z'n best na enkele uren karafferen. Wine Story
Dear Frank, We met many years ago, perhaps more than thirty. We ate together with my wife and a friend of yours at Villa Bucci. We drank our wines but we talked mainly about our common interests in the art, architecture and culture of the Marche region of our Castles of Jesi which depends on the nearby Urbino, the city where he was born. the Renaissance with the search for good living and beauty.
