Proefnotities
Stevige, natuurlijk gemaakte volle klassewijn. Goudgele kleur met dikke tranen. Geschakeerd aroma met minerale toetsen, witte vruchten, kruisbes. Pittige smaak met gedistingeerde textuur, slank en rassig met fijne zuren en een lange fris fruitige afdronk. Past uitstekend bij nobele witte zeevissoorten, gebakken of gegrild, met verfijnde sauzen. Ook bij bladgroenten en witschimmelkazen. Schenktemperatuur: 12°C.
Wine Story
Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.
Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
