Notes de Dégustation
Puissant vin rouge naturel de classe exceptionnelle. Robe rouge brique assez intense avec de belles larmes. Nez de violettes sauvages, baies rouges, sous-bois et truffe. Texture extrêmement élégante avec de superbes tanins et un alcool parfaitement intégré, très ample arrière-bouche délicate de fleurs sauvages et de fruits. A savourer comme tel, ou avec une poelée de champignons des bois, un risotto à la truffe ou un perdreau rôti. T° de service: 17°C

Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.
Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
