Vin rouge mûr et puissant issu de viticulture biologique. Robe rouge cerise profonde avec des larmes rouge rubis. Nez mûr et exubérant de prunes noires, cuir frais et viande fumée. Palais élégant tout en rondeur avec une texture harmonieuse, bouche pleine et luxuriante avec des tanins veloutés et beaucoup de fruit noir compoté dans la finale. Accompagnera parfaitement des plats complexes de gibier, une viande rouge grillée avec une sauce aux champignons, ou des aubergines farcies façon méditerranéenne. T° de service: 16°C
