Tasting notes

Exuberant, soft red wine with smoky hints. Deep cherry colour with meaty tears; smoky nose of ham and cold cuts with braised fruits and soft spices; velvety taste with dry tannins and a very light finish with herbs and cooked fruits with citrus zest. Excellent with stews of poultry and ground game, grilled rice dishes with leafy vegetables. Serving temperature: 17°C.
