Tasting notes

Superior fruity dry natural rosé. Light salmon pink color with sparkling fresh tears. Complex nose with small berries such as pink juniper and wild strawberry, and a lot of spiciness. Refreshingly dry taste with fine acidity and playful fruitiness, very pure and also refined. Captivating intense aftertaste. Gastronomic rosé, preferably with some spicy snacks, oriental spiced salads or sweet and sour prepared seafood or poultry. Serving temperature: 10°C
