Opulent rich full dry white wine. Deep straw / golden yellow brilliant colour with strong tears. Voluptuous nose onset reminiscent of Gewurztraminer and Muscat, supported by white stone fruit and pepper, rich and broad. Opulent creamy texture with fresh acidity and well-integrated alcohol, long finish with flowers, fruit and spice. A wine for exotic dishes, which may contain some Thai and Indian spices. Also, with lush salads with fresh herbs and fruit vegetables with spiced goat cheese au gratin. Serving temperature: 10°C
