Exceptionally classy, full-bodied natural red wine. Medium intense brick red with fine tears. Nose of wild violets, red berries, briushwood and truffle. Extremely elegant texture with fine tannins and contained, perfectly intertwined alcohol. Very long refined finish of wild flowers and fruit. Wine to enjoy on its own or with braised wild mushrooms, risotto with truffle and roasted partridge. Serving temperature: 17°C
