Tasting notes

Fruity, dry red wine. Deep intense peony red color with bright tears. The nose is fruity with small red fruits, earthy notes and twigs. Strikingly juicy attack on the palate that perfectly complements the harmonious texture with fresh acidity and elegant primary tannins; great juicy and fruity finish. This is an easy wine and thirst quencher and pairs well with fine meats, beef carpaccio, salad of fruit vegetables or serve as a refresher for fatty dishes, such as dairy pig on a spit or white mold cheese. Serve at 15°C
