Tasting notes

Exceptionally classy, full-bodied natural red wine. Medium intense brick red with fine tears. Nose of wild violets, red berries, brushwood and truffle. Extremely elegant texture with fine tannins and contained, perfectly intertwined alcohol. Very long refined finish of wild flowers and fruit. Wine to enjoy on its own or with braised wild mushrooms, risotto with truffle and roasted partridge. Serving temperature: 17°C

Wine Story

Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.

Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
