Funny name for a very serious naturally powerful red wine with finesse. Deep cherry-red colour with fine bright tears. Tyical nose of white pepper and super fresh black berries with a mineral evolution. Lean over typical texture with character and finesse. Compact tannins that evolve velvety soft. Long aftertaste with plum. Perfect fit with deep red aged beef or grilled or lacquered venison with a spicy sauce, stuffed tomato or steak tartare. Decant up to 5 years. To be served at 16°C.
