Tasting notes

Super elegant fine and lean red wine. Superb pomegranate-red colour wth transparent tears. Very fine aroma with red berry blossom and juniper berry, as well as brushwood and light spiciness. Velvety flavour with balanced texture and a refined evolution in the flavour through to the velvety soft aftertaste. Great wine with fish for those who don't like white wine. Exceptionally good with white mould cheeses before ripening. Excellent with naturally prepared red meat and briefly seared fruit vegetables. To be served at 14°C.
